Who We're Looking For
Qualifications & Requirements
We're looking for motivated, client-focused freight professionals who are ready to build something of their own with the backing of an established logistics company.
Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight sales, brokerage, or logistics
- Existing book of business or demonstrated ability to develop new accounts
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Familiarity with at least one mode of transportation (TL, LTL, air, ocean, or intermodal)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Preferred
- Experience with freight quoting platforms or TMS software
- Multi-modal knowledge across ground, air, and ocean freight
- Established relationships with shippers in manufacturing, retail, pharma, or industrial sectors
- Background in customs, compliance, or international logistics
No prior agent experience required — if you have the drive and the relationships, we'll train you on the rest.
